今年も残すところわずかとなりました。この一年、私たちの取り組みに理解を寄せ、支えてくださったすべての皆さま、そして事実と証拠に基づく司法の判断に心より感謝申し上げます⚖️
社会では近年、事前の確認や点検、体制が整っていれば防げた可能性のある事故が相次いで報道されています。尊い命が失われ家族の人生までもが大きく変わってしまう現実があります。
航空の安全を守る責務を胸に、安全に携わる現場には、一人ひとりが日々の業務の中でリスクを予見し、回避につなげようとする高い安全意識を持ち続けることが不可欠です✈️
そのうえで、ミスや違和感をためらわず共有できる環境、故意でない過ちが不利益に結びつかない公正な文化が備わってこそ、安全は初めて確かなものとして守られると私たちは考えています。
来る2026年🐴もコンプライアンスとガバナンス、そして労使の信頼を大切にしながら、キャビンクルーの尊厳ある働き方と航空の安全を守るための取り組みを続けてまいります。

As this year draws to a close,
we would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who has shown understanding and support for our work throughout the year, as well as to the judiciary for its fair and careful judgments based on facts and evidence⚖️
In recent years, many accidents have been reported that might have been prevented had proper checks, inspections, and systems been in place.
These incidents have led to the loss of precious lives, profoundly altering not only the lives of those directly involved but also the lives of their families.
With a deep sense of responsibility to safeguard aviation safety,we believe that safety-critical workplaces require each individual to maintain a high level of safety awareness in daily operations—anticipating risks and taking action to prevent them.
At the same time, safety can only be truly upheld when there is an environment in which mistakes and concerns can be shared without hesitation, and where unintentional errors are not linked to disadvantage or punishment, supported by a culture of fairness.
Looking ahead to 2026,
we will continue our efforts to protect the dignity of cabin crew and aviation safety, while upholding compliance, governance, and trust between labor and management.
