Chiba Labor Commission Recognizes Unfair Labor Practices – Full Relief Granted to JCA!
The Chiba Labor Commission has issued a full relief order in response to the unfair labor practice complaint filed by the Jetstar Crew Association (JCA).
This ruling confirms that Jetstar Japan Co., Ltd. engaged in unfair labor practices by obstructing union activities and treating union members unfairly.
