2026年1月29日に判決期日が予定されていた休憩裁判につきましては、現在、裁判所の関与のもとで和解協議が継続して行われている状況を踏まえ、同日は判決ではなく、和解協議の場に変更となりました。
裁判手続き自体は引き続き継続しており、実効性ある解決を目指して協議が進められています。
今後の進捗や動きについては、内容が整理され次第、改めてお知らせいたします。 引き続きご理解とご注目をお願いいたします。
【Notice】
Regarding the Rest Break Case, for which a court judgment had been scheduled on 29 January 2026, we would like to share a brief update.
As settlement discussions are currently continuing with the involvement of the court, the session on that date will not be a judgment hearing, but will instead take place as a settlement conference.
The legal process itself remains ongoing, and discussions are being carried forward with the aim of reaching a meaningful and workable resolution.
We will provide further updates once there is more to share.
