千葉県労働委員会が認定した不当労働行為について、ジェットスター・ジャパンは中央労働委員会への再審査申立てを取り下げ、命令を履行することとなりました。
懲戒処分から約4年。
執行委員長への懲戒は、多くのクルーに不安と圧力を与える出来事となりました。
それでもJCAメンバー一人ひとりが信念を持って歩み続けたことが、この節目につながりました。
会社は現在、新ブランドに向けた大きな転換期を迎えています。
JCAとしては、今回の会社の判断が航空安全を支える組織文化の前進につながることを期待しています。
航空の安全は、現場で働く人が安心して意見を言える職場環境の上に成り立っています。 JCAはこれからも、公正な職場環境と健全な労使関係を通じて航空安全を支えていきます。

🌸Jetstar Japan withdraws appeal in unfair labor practice case🌸
Jetstar Japan has withdrawn its appeal to the Central Labor Relations Commission and will comply with the order issued by the Chiba Prefectural Labor Relations Commission regarding an unfair labor practice.
Nearly four years have passed since this issue began.
The disciplinary action against the union president created significant concern and pressure among many crew members.
Despite this, each JCA member continued to move forward with conviction, and their commitment has led to this important milestone.
The company is now entering a major transition toward a new brand.
JCA hopes that this decision will contribute to strengthening the organizational culture that supports aviation safety. Aviation safety depends on a workplace where frontline employees can speak openly and confidently.
JCA will continue working toward a fair workplace environment and constructive labor-management relations that support aviation safety.
